A Restored Sunset behind a Branch

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I first posted this photo to TE
but then realized it didn't fit TE
for two reasons:
1) it's just a plant
2) HPP.
Was taken long ago in Bağçeşme/Izmit.
The original image is actually not so colorful.
The sky was dirty blue and wouldn't
become clear blue when saturated,
moreover noise started to appear
(unfortunately my camera doesn't save in RAW).
Here is a gist of the photoshopping I've done:
1. Copied the layer.
2. Saturated the bottom layer to reveal the colours, noise appeared.
3. Then blurred it to remove the noise.
4. Selected black areas and inverted the selection.
5. Applied a 50%-opaque eraser to the selection.
6. Some details were lost, to restore them I used history brush and clone (quite a lot of manual work).
7. Changed proportions, so that the image is narrower.

Very nice. I like the colors but most of all I like the mood this creates. TFS

Nice work with the PP in this shot, you drew out some beautiful colours and light. I like the silhouetted leaves and branches against the sky.
