[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I had time this morning, as it's Sunday, to ponder on what I would post today. The choices were to continue on in London with a shot under London Bridge (grey pastel tonality of March in that city) or to do something totally different. I'm not feeling like grey and pastel today as the sky is blue, the sun is golden and warm, and flowers are blooming exhuberently outside my window. So I went to my archives and found this silly, giddy photo, a failed contestant for the Bike Challenge. It matches my mood and the golden day.

This is one of the bikes in the fantastic line up in a Manassas, Virginia side yard, from the same place that I photographed Spring Seat. This slightly eccentric homeowner celebrates the seasons with his recycled bicycles used as found sculpture and this is one of his funnier creations.

Lois, wow, love this!! From the thumbnails, I had no clue what it was. Up-close, this is a wonderful, colorful, and even cute work of art from your creative mind! I'm glad you posted this. One thing I've learned is never neglect those "failed" images, because you just never know what people will like, or love, and I love this one because it makes me smile! TFS, Sam :0)

This crazy 'collector' seen by another crazy collector, as it were.
Very Easter/Spring and the bike is in there to boot! Most jolly/humorous (note how we drop the first 'u'?).
Still like your 'seat' one better but, as they say above, another contender in the BC.
