TO converto into B&W - channel mixer with 72% of red, 40% of green and 0% of blue. Then - curves correction, and Hue/saturation - Colorize to add some warm.
Even if I like the effect I would prefer to make the original shot you see without such a maningful help of postprocessing... ;-) This is a mastery of photography ;-)
