In britanny, just after sunset around 9:30pm, I shot this rock in the sea, using a 1sec shutter speed to get this blur effect of water. I liked this blue tone of the water. your opinion welcome;-)

In Photoshop:

- Created a duplicate layer.
- Use curves to reduce blue and enhance green and red in midtone colours.
- Use eraser to remove water from the duplicate layer to let appear the blue water from the original layer.
- A bit of USM (150/0,5/1)

Hope you'll like it.
