One of my old shots, practicing taking hands...

* 40W softone lamp ;)
* 800 iso
* Converted into grayscale, then duotone with a brownish color
* Then played with hue saturation
* Unsharpmask
* And the veins... just tied a cloth to my arm to make the them visible ;)

i removed the colors here
decreased the levels and increased contrast
burn the highlights around the book near the corners :)
