1. add a curve adjust it and change blend mode too overlay
2. add a level adjust it and change it to Linear Dodge and decrease opacity to 70%
3. flatten image, duplicate background convert it to B&W (adjust brightness & Contrast on B&W layer) then change blend mode to Luminosity and decrease opacity to 35%.
4. USM B&W layer
