I did just a small amount of darking here and a very slight sharpen to compensate. This completes my (current) 'artsy' profile and will do some more nature shots shortly.

I could have also called it 'DonkeyKong' I suppose, LOL.

I have no idea where the artist got this idea but it struck me as 'Jacob's ladder' where he envisioned angels ascending/descending from heaven in the Biblical account.

"donkeykong" that's a good one !!!

Any ways I liked the picture but it seemed a bit vale in my eyes.

First, I adjusted levels, to get a better balance of light and dark. I then cropped, so that the sculpture dominates the picture a bit more, and copied your tag (copied a rectangle including the writing, with a feathered edge, and moved it closer to the sculpture). I then adjusted contrast and brightness slightly, then used Luko's Sharpening Method to crisp it up slightly. I hope this is useful!
