Great shot, just thought it could use some tweaking. I used apply image to make the red channel a luminosity layer. this darkened the sky and gave better contrast to the clouds. I did this twice, but the second time, I used a layer mask to mask out part of the sky that went too dark. I adjusted the lightness, as the whites seems a little muddy. Removed some artifacts around the beacon. used hue/sat to slightly shift the blues so they weren't so green. Lastly, I cropped the distracting white area at the top of the image. Hope you like it.
