I'm not sure if this is El Capitan... looks like it could be, and I know it's in Yosemite, but there are a lot of mountains about!

Obviously desaturated the pic, raised the contrast in the lower section of the rock, raised the contrast on the hill in the background and burned out some of the sky.

Just a suggestion, a hint more contrast done in curves, a small amount of burning on the sky to enhance the clouds and then a touch of blue/cyan to greate a duotone style. Hope you like it!
