We saw the snow and the ice only for 2 days during this winter 2006-2007.
The wind and the melting snow combined composed nice icicles on the trees.

A couple of things....

I cropped the photo and tilted the segment to make the branch and berries run more diagonally through the photo. Then I reduced the brightness a couple of notches and increased the contrast a bit. Used the magic wand to select certain parts of the background and added some saturation to make the berries pop out more. Then I added the frame to mimic the original one. Hope you like it!
