The Invisible War (10)

There were many other interesting shapes on my window, but I decided to end this series with a "scene" I discovered between the two previously posted "characters"(as you can see on this "quick map").

I modified the color balance, increased the contrast and tried to emphasize what I saw in this picture by combining the techniques used in the other posts from the series (invert and color replace), but I think the natural version has a simple beauty that cannot be matched by any PP.

The title refers to a book written in the 18th century by an Orthodox monk (St. Nicodemus Agiorite). The writing is a kind of ascetic guide to the spiritual fights that take place in every human soul.
I know, there are many people who prefer to ignore even the existence of the soul, but I'm usually happy whenever I manage to remember that I have one.
This time I was reminded by simple ice crystal formation that, no matter the hardships they encounter, our souls are never left alone.

Since in the Christian world the lenting season has started today, I dedicate this post to all of you who (are at least trying to) start a spiritual preparation for Easter.

This is the original (and visible) photo of "The Invisible War, for visibility reasons I increased the sharpness and adjusted the contrast. ;)

This is the upper left part of my right window glass, where you can see the location of the three fragments I used for the posts in this series.
