This is an older photo of mine, just a simple self portrait in an abandoned brewery in St. Paul, Minnesota. The lighting was from a hole in the cieling.

In PS CS, cropped a bit from the bottom and right side; increased the brightness a tad.

I turned your pic b/w using a blue channel to mute those blue stains of paint, increased contrast and sharpened to make its overall look harsh.

First I messed with the levels in photoshop to add more contrast. Then I used unsharp mask and a little despeckle filter. Finally I added a liitle burn-in at the bottom just for fun. I hope you like it.
