Selective color and Unsharp Mask

What struck me about this photo was the subject of the ringing bell and the monochromatic blue of the church against the blue sky. I really wanted the blue to pop more and wanted to get better registration on the "ringer" in the bell. To do this I used levels, curves, selective color and highlight/shadow on the main picture. I then masked the inside of the "exposed" bell and did further curves work, so that we can just pick up the ringer. I think these changes make the photo work better - I hope you don't mind.
