Desaturate clone diffuse glow

Does the workshop show up as a thumbnail on your browser? In mine it doesn't...Anyway, I desaturated the shot to focus on the various tonalities of black and then adjusted levels to add a slight bit more contrast. Then I added a diffuse glow filter (no grain, and about mid-high glow amount and clear amount, from what I can remember) to give it a sort of Spiderman or graphics feel and to play on the light and the white stripes on the surfer's suit. Then I cloned out the distracting tire at the bottom right, and to make the leg pop out more. Then cloned out the mud and scratch marks on the car so they are not distracting. Then sharpened edges one notch. Hope you like it!
