the best way to clear my mind for me is sitting by the beach, waching a beatiful sunset and having a lovely summer/beachy breez, hearign the waves clash and watching the birds flying back to their home accross the horizon...
that can be the best outing ever for me, very realxing
and gets rid of all the stress...
its just great, isnt it?
i love sunrises too as much as sunsets, especially when they are by the beach, or mountains, just any where away from the noisy city... =)
