Early this year I have a chance to spend one night at Bromo mountain . . Stayed at a resort hotel . . and drived to Pananjakan, an area that is designed for tourists watch sunrise as well this mountain composition . . at the FG is Batok montain, then on the left is Bromo mountain . . then the far end is Semeru, an active volacno . . That is the second shot . .

I am planning to go to this area next month, with expectation to get better view than this one . . I love this place . .

The itinary going to this place:
From Jakarta by plane 1hour flight to Surabaya, then drive by car to the east (Probolinggo, small city) around 2 hours, and drive up to nearest village from Bromo another 1 hour, then stay one night . . early morning at around 03:00 am, drive with special vehicle to Pananjakan, take around 1.5 hours to the other end of caldera . .

Add contrast, saturation, luminance, add frame and resize.

I first used a tool of 55mm plugins. It's a polarizer plugin, which makes the sky a bit clearer and the colours a bit harder.
After that an increase of brightness with +5 and contrast +20. A small adjustment on highlights last.
It makes the existing dark parts harder and the lighter parts lighter, resulting in more contrast overall. Hope you like it!
