I've been waiting for a clear day to take this shot of Cincinnati from a favorite spot I have in Northern Kentucky. I was thrilled with how it turned out.

In PSE 5 all I did was increase contrast in color curves on a layer copy & left at 100% opacity, that could be lowered if you don't like that much contrast. That is why I do it on a layer copy so you can adjust the opacity to get what you want then flatten the image. Then I did an unsharp mask at 70%, .5 (1/2) pixel, and 2 levels.
