Caught this deer just before it proceeded to go into the woods, this time of year they're 'fattening up' on lots of foliage and with hunting season just around the corner, many of them disappear into deep woods. It will also soon be breeding season. This was at the full range of my IS USM 75-300

This was from last year but it's still the same time of year and right season.

1. I reduced shadows and highlights with Image/Adjustment/Shadow-highlight.

2. I reduced brigtness with Image/Adjustment/Levels.
