CARSINGTON WATER a man made lake in the Peak District run by Severn Trent Water.Open to the public all year round it is a lovely day out with water sports ,windsurfing,adventure playgrounds restaurants, nature and so much more.It is wheelchair friendly and you cannot fail to enjoy a full day there

In PS or Elements the layer curve adjustment can be used on auto for this to make a start (layers>new adjustment layer>curves then click auto and ok it. Then adjust the levels for a little more contrast and hue/sat to taste. To sharpen, I use the high pass filter for which you must create a duplicate layer. (Layer>duplicate) then go to Filters>other>high pass. In the radius box enter 0.3 and click ok. Open the layers palette (if not visible, then window>layer) and click on normal, choose blend mode vivid light and leave opacity at 100%. Click on the eye icon on the left of the layer in the palette to see before and after effect (leave it on). Then recompress and save to web.
