Hi ... I took out the red hue with colour balance in photo shop to get a neutral colour throughout.. then went to hue/saturation and selected red and increased individually also yellow and green... I removed some blue... I hope you like it......Roman:0)

Increased the contarast,
used color tilt to give less red color.
and applied more green to it.
