| Hope you (and she) won't mind this free intepretation... I played around with the picture and finally obtained this, which I find graphically interesting, although not beautiful in the "women portrait" sense (poor she!). It's just channel mixer B&W conversion, some layers in overlay mode, and some crazy curves. |
