I just try to retouching in her skin and colors adjustment, using photoshop 6 :) and clone stamp tools.

Created two layers
on the top layer using 'Corves' added a small amout of blue, taking out yellow
Used 'Smart Blur' option to adjust the softness & smoothness of skin,
Created a border.
