Grammos, on the Albanian border, on an altimeter of 1240m, Plikati is one of Konitsa's stone-masons's villages. It has some 50 permanent inhabitants but quite a lot stone-work.
It was September, but its families had made their provisions in fire-wood, because winter comes early high up on mt. Grammos.
