The trails of the ghost car (6)

This shot was taken at Byward Market, Ottawa, Canada. This photo gives an impression of freezed time, the world was moving but the time stood still for the the photo.

My timing with the car was'nt that great, I wanted the streaks of lights from car to finish just near the end of the frame, i think I missed it by half a second. This photo lacks human element which is a big drawback. I like the streaks by the lights of car as it gives the impression of something fluid since they do not cross the frame of the photo. I like the fact that one can follow the streak of lights to the end and it is kind of hypnotical.

so what do you think ... your critiques would be much appreciated

a good long exposure but I found it too complicated, the two houses at the left were not vertical because of the lens and I cropped them out since they were not adding the pic.And the partially lighted big building behind was not useful for the mood of the pic in my opinion,so I clonned dark parts to get rid of it.I eradicated some hightlighted points and made some balances for color and contrast then framed.Hope u like it ,
