I used Adobe Elements 6.0 to correct the colour cast through Enhance -> Adjust Color -> Remove color cast.

I also used unsharp mask with
Amount : 200
Radius : 0.3
Threshold : 0

I also added a levels adjustment layer setting the highlight point to 236.

Not much pp work here...some color adjustment, also increased a bit the contrast and added the frame.
