Just an experimental case, for me, as an early learning photographer and photoshop post-processed.
The original photo is in the workshop.
For a light (not heavy) PP work I started out with a Photoshop. These are the basic settings:
cropping adjustment
sharpen
glowing edges filter
image size

Taken in Jimbaran, Bali, Indonesia. The cute little girl is my friend's sister's daughter, name Ella.
