Hello everyone, windows are one of my favourite subjects, so thanks Helen for your choice this week.
This window is a part of the folly that I have shared with you before; [Arched window],but this is looking through the arched window inside the derelict room.

I liked the way that nature was taking over engulfing the walls and window with ivy and other intrusive plants.Hence the title.

The view through the window is woodland and down towards a small lake, but entry of this room was not encouraged.

Thanks for looking, your comments are always welcomed.

I color balanced a little more yellowed, the added vignetting, a bloom in the window and then added an antique film filter.... just for drama...B-)

In photoshop -
Convert to mono with channel mixer - adjusting red/green/blue levels to add some punch
Adjust levels to make a little darker
Some selective burning of midtones around the window frame
