Workshop Note
I really love the composition of this one, but felt that it would be overlooked because it needed a little more brightness and a little more contrast.
For the contrast, I selected the background and used Colour Saturation, sliding the hue slider 50% to the right to create a blue that was on the opposite side of the colour wheel to the yellow - this creates the contrast you need. Then I selected "Match Colour" in Image Adjustments and slid the slider for Luminance all the way to the right -- adding 200% luminance. I hope you like the result.
