The last thing you'd expect on board of a modern battleship is a pinky/purple fire hydrant :-)
Short ship info:
USS Wisconsin (BB-64) is an Iowa-class battleship. She was built at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and launched on 7 December 1943.
During her career, Wisconsin served in the Pacific Theater of World War II and the Korean War. She was reactivated 1 August 1986 and participated in the 1991 Gulf War.
She currently functions as a museum ship operated by the Hampton Roads Naval Museum at Nauticus, The National Maritime Center in Norfolk, VA

In photoshop -
use "select colour range" to select the orange and pinks, copied
Add a new adjustment layer, channel mixer, convert to monochrome and adjust reds, greens and blues to darken the image a little.
Pasted coloured selection back in
Resized and added in a border to accentuate the b&w conversion
