A few weeks before my trip to the Philippines, I caught up with Bianca for an outdoor shoot. (If anyone cares to recall, it was a few hours after I took this shot, and same location!
This was nothing sophisticated. No reflectors, no flash, just kit lenses and winter sunlight (if this was higher resolution you'd see her goosebumps!)
My aim here was to experiment with the rim-light effect of the sun. No crop or PP besides contrast +5, resize and sharpen. Fortunately for me, Bianca can make any photograph look ok. |

| Cropped & increased brightness / contrast (50% /40%) in the shadow areas, to give more 'punch', then warmed the colors adding 10% red & 5% yellow in the same shadow areas. |
