This is an example of old Romanian architecture. The Bulevard Restaurant of Ploiesti was built in 1865 in neoclassic and baroque style and now it belongs to the patrimonial architectural fund of my city. It is not far from my house and in the evening it offers a pleasant view, I think, with all those lights...

To keep the retro look, I cloned the highlighted sign:
1 ) With Photofiltre`
Enlarged to 4800 pixels. Using the stamp tool , radius 10 to 16 pixels I reproduced the zone around the sign above it.

2) With Neat Image
Re open saved image then Filtered the noise mainly in the sky.

3) With Photofiltre
Re open saved image then downsize back to 800 pixels.
