PS CS3
-Image/Adjustment/Replace color:
With the eyedropper tool, I picked the color on
the sky and I pushed slightly the cursor on Hue
on the right side.
I did the same thing with the lightness function.
-To finish, I selected the sky and applied Neat
Image at 40%
