Hi Haralambos, I've taken you shot of the retired tractor and played with it in Paintshop Pro X2.
I've Clarified the picture several time, intermixed with some desaturation. I also tweaked the colours via the colour mixer to remove some of the blue and increase the reds and greens just to balance the overall colours. Then I desaturated once more because I felt it needed it. To finish off, I added a two-colour frame (the inner colour was sampled from the red ironmongery on the bottom right of the shot, and the outer frame was black.
