Dear TL friends,
December is usual the time that I choose to stop, to look back, and to make the balance of mine almost passed year.
In what it respects to TL, this is my second year, and my second Christmas in this family. And, like in all families, I’ve seen some unpleasant episodes, and a lot of good things.
In general it was a very good year: …I met more and better friends (some personally in Lisbon); …I saw great photos; …I have dedicated more time to photography; …I’ve learned a lot more (and I am thankful specially to Anna, to Diana, to Els, to Jan, and to many others, by the affection with that they've shared their knowledge with me). …And everything because of you… So, I’m grateful to all.
But December in TL is also a challenge to me, I explain: how to express my best wishes in a special time like Christmas to a community that congregates several and different nations, cultures, and religions, with the same respect for all of them?
Last year I chose apples fallen in the ground…
…this one I chose cherries.
So, through this «bird with cherries & best wishes» I express to all my sincere votes: MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR.
