By the shores of lake Vänern stands this 15 meter high Pablo Picasso statue since 1965.

While Tom was at school in Kristinehamn I walked out to the Picasso Sculpture. Being winter and a little chilly I had this place to myself.. I can only imagine what this place looks like in spring and summer...

the little bit of sun/light clouds on the upper right is all the sun we saw until few flew out 5 days later!

here is a detailed close up of the sculpture.. here you can see it is infact made of stone and not wood!
