A special frame

An experiment. Took this picture in Napier, a town in New Zealand at the Hawkes Bay. Looking through an opening in the arcade at the waterfront. The stong shadows and the emerald sea created an attractive view which I tried to capture.

I took several shots., but an apperture of f/13.0 and a shutter speed of 1/250 this one appeare the best for me. Took this shot in the afternoon (approximately 3 o'clock) with the sun still high at the sky.

Give me your contention, what to do to improve this picture? Your opinion is valuable for me.

Clone and paste

First off cloned out the man from the left and the couple from the main "frame".
Next pasted in a boat from another shot - resized to fit the frame
Used the eraser tool, set to 50% opactity, to merge the boat in the with the water and retain some its shadow (handy tip I picked up from here on TL)
Quick and dirty.
