Using the magic wand tool selected the sky and pasted in a stock sky (always good to take some dramatic skies when you can for PP work like this)
Used the magic wand again to select the water, pasted the sky in again and flipped vertically to get the right perspective. Decreased opacity to 28% to bring through the water details and make it look more like a reflection
A little bit of cloning to tidy up any edges where the magic wand hadn't quite worked |
