Workshop Note
Lili, red, especially the red in tulips, is one of the hardest colors in the spectrum to hold good highlights and shadows, simply because the red is the hottest on the Kelvin scale of reflection. I simply lassoed the bottom two thirds of your photo, desaturated a bit, and then used a little brightness and contrast, and colored it +red, -green, and +blue. Please don't be offended, just trying to make a constructive criticism.
