An old mill at the end of a bridge(deck) to Vernon


The Old Mill is a unique monument in half-timberings constructed at about XVIth century on horseback(by horse) on the piles of the former(ancient) bridge(deck) of the city which crossed the Seine, the medieval bridge(deck) dates the XIIth century, the mill dates he of the XVIth century.


Today it is a question of one of last bridge(deck) with a building of the world.

The tones doesn't respect the light situation. The bright sky and the highlight , or the lighter part of the water, indicated that the sun is behind, causing an overexposure of the house, this side is in the shade side.

I played with the middle tone, toward the dark tone, using the level tool. Then using selective colour, I added more red and yellow. Colour correction adding red to remove cyan cast, yellow to strenten detail in the trees, but keeping then dark. More ajustement using curve.
