First, I corrected the exposition to make it lighter
Second; I increased warm colors (reds and yellows)
Third: I cropped to place the silhouette in the rules of third, horizontally.
Fourth; I sharpened 20%
Fifth step; I reduced noise induced by sharpening using "neat image"
I think it places your subject more in evidence.
