I took a bunch of photos for they Leisure Reading theme. I’ll only share three, though, and move on.

I wanted to selectively focus on the title of the book through my wife’s glasses. Unfortunately, her prescription isn’t strong enough to change the focal point significantly.

I thought the contrast between the story of migrant workers during the Dust Bowl and the Ralph Lauren glasses was poignant.

Subtle focal point change

Applied a subtle Gaussian blur (1.5) to the book. Then used a layer mask to clear up the part of the book seen through the glasses.
