- added frame
- used magic wand tool and selected white areas of the sky, replaced color with a less bright one
- increased contrast and brightness of picture

I wanted to have the flowers brighter, without brightening (blowing out) the highlights (clouds) and without getting the grass too bright, either.

I used the levels adjustment, did some USM sharpening, and added a simple frame.
