This is a wonderful photograph, but I think it could use a bit more contrast.
For this workshop, I adjusted the highlights in "levels" and also used the dodge tool on the woman's face. This is a beautiful woman, and the streaks in her hair stand out a little more now. Since she is obviously the dominant element in this image, I also burned in the background to create even more contrast between her and her surroundings.
