1) dark tones -50% 2) Ligth tones unchanged
2) Auto colors
3) Auto contrasts
4) Auto levels
With Neat Image ( filtered and sharpened ).
I did not remove and reworked your frame, So it does look brighter. You can req-worked it more easily.
Perhaps I would move your signature a little bit to the left to fit under the photo, wihout exceeding it.
