This photo was taken inside the United Nations Headquarters in 1989. The painting in the shot was commissioned by Nancy Reagan and the inscription reads:-

Do unto others as you would have them do onto you.

I decided to post it in TL because of the amount of post-processing work I had to do to 'restore' it. It has been cropped to remove the areas that were beyond hope. The painting was in a rather dark hallway with just a little soft lighting.

It is a terrible photo but scanning at 600 dpi has helped to bring out some of the detail.

Tech: Brightness +6. Contrast +15. Increased saturation.

Ran through NeatImage then adjusted levels, contrast again slightly in PS. Not sure that it is an improvement, but just another way of looking at it.
