I know this photo don't follow the elementary rule of phto but I like the separation in the middle with the neon (You can read "Soba-Udon on it).

at first I cropped out the flourescant lights upper perspective and did crooping from four sides.I clonned out the leg of the barchair out;I used levels for changing the light level in the kitchen,I used a heavier sepia filter and autocontrasted.
