Geometry assignment (28)
urban
(159)
During my vacation on Crete I noticed that if I took pictures at a certain angle from our balcony I coukd generate quite interesting geometrical result.
I did some croping saturation and cloned away an ugly mast in the middle of the picture.
I added a workshop with the picture including the mast and without croping.

Perception, perspective...

This is how I would have try to take advantage of the original setting. No fancy revamping of the "real" view: merely twisting the tilt/perspective technicalities of advanced image correction software, vertical and horizontal "strength" lines, full conformity to the 4:3 image ratio, geometry pushed on towards the abstract...
I hope you like it this way too, Urban... ;-)

This is the original picture. The mast sort of adds to the geometry but I felt that the picture was cleaner without it.
