I really like the panoramic type cropping here, it accents the stones well. I think the time of day, light and the strong shadows are very nice as well, as is the bright green forground. Well done.
I love the journalistic style of this photo, like in a history book or tourist brochure. Love the sepia color and the framed shots, well done.
The all white background is quite nice, the logo looks great too, well done.
I've always wanted to do a 4 seasons photo like this, so well done. I love that they're all taken from the exact same spot, the sky in each is beautiful.
What a perfect blue puffy clouded sky! I just saw fields of these on our trip last weekend only they were white, we joked that we'd finally found out where they grow marshmallows!! Very nice photo Janice.
However did I miss this photo, and the one of the whole family? I love the palm behind them in this a beautiful photograph and special memory, sorry I missed it earlier!
I love the strong contrast here, the colors are beautiful. Great POV and composition, well done.
John, I really love this photo, the emotions expressed by a child of exactly why I so love to hike. The wonderous feeling I get in the outdoors just glows from your son. In reading your notes about Andrew I can see a small glimpse into his world, and the special relationship he has with you. I'm so glad you found a psychiatrist that encouraged you to let him do what he needs to do to get through this world on his terms. Your notes touched my heart very much. As for the photo here, I love the sepia tones and the dark shadows although I longed to see Andrew's face more clearly, so I tried a small workshop I hope you don't mind. Thank you for sharing this part of yours and Andrews life.
Perhaps the title could be "Love Yourself"? I love the rich red color the design on the blanket compliments the photo well. Amazing processing work to create this, I look forward to seeing more of your work, well done.
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss Janice. I can only imagine how you feel now. It must have been difficult to see your dear sister in pain. What a lovely tribute to her, sending much sympathy and hugs from across the ocean,
