Hi Musa,
though the motiff and composition of this photo was repeated thousands of times, this one is unique, because is absolutely perfectly balanced in all aspects: composition, light, DOF, details, etc...

Dynamic photo, but weak composition. Messy background, taking focus out of the girl. Unacceptable blur. If you'd waited a little, she could be taken with almost black background of the door (?) or entry to somewhere. Red hair and pale skin of hers would be emphasized dramatically, giving a lot more of focus to her.

Nicely composed. Conversion to b&w ruined strength of this photo. The zebra becomes invisible against the bacground, with partial backlight intensifying this effect. If it was in colour, it would be perfectly distinguishable against green background and surrounding. Just use b&w where you need it (for example when you have too many colours on an interesting shape which you want to emphasize), and not just because.
Out of focus, with several overburns. Why did you publish it?!?
