The flat lighting has worked in your favour for this lovely portrait image - no harsh shadows to distract the viewer from the beauty of your model.
Use of thirds works well here however the branch and leaves of the bush on the left could be a little more out of focus as it is a slight distraction (a little too prominent).

To be honest it seems like a snap shot with no real attraction to which could have been a beautiful setting. Too much wasted space in the sky and the angle could have been much lower with more of the church and trees in the image,
